AUTHOR GUIDELINES

The "Applied Journals of Management and Administration" welcomes submissions that contribute to the understanding and advancement of management and administration practices. To ensure the publication process runs smoothly, authors are requested to follow these guidelines when preparing their manuscripts.

  1. Manuscript Preparation

      Format and Style

  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in English.
  • File Format: Submit manuscripts as Microsoft Word documents (.doc or .docx).
  • Font and Spacing: Use 12-point Times New Roman font, single spaced throughout, including references, tables, and figures.
  • Margins: Use 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides.
  • Length: Manuscripts should generally maximal 20 page, including references, tables, and figures.

     Title Page

  • Title: A concise and informative title.
  • Author Information: Include the names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
  • Corresponding Author: Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication.

     Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract: Provide an abstract of no more than 250 words summarizing the research question, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: List 4-6 keywords for indexing purposes.

     Main Text Structure

  • Introduction: Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and significance.
  • Literature Review: Summarize relevant previous research and theoretical background.
  • Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection, and analysis procedures in detail.
  • Results: Present the research findings clearly and concisely.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results, highlighting the implications and limitations of the study.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and suggest areas for future research.

     References

  • Style: Follow the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition referencing style.
  • In-text Citations: Cite references in the text by name and year in parentheses.
  • Reference List: Provide a complete list of references at the end of the manuscript, sorted alphabetically by the authors’ last names.

     Tables and Figures

  • Placement: Include tables and figures at the end of the manuscript, after the references, each on a new page.
  • Captions: Provide a concise but descriptive caption for each table and figure.
  • Citation: Refer to each table and figure in the main text.
  1. Submission Process

     Online Submission

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system [insert link to submission system].

     Cover Letter

  • Include a cover letter stating the significance of the research and why it is suitable for the journal. The cover letter should also confirm that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal.
  1. Peer Review Process
  • Initial Screening: The editorial office will perform an initial check for compliance with submission guidelines and relevance to the journal’s scope.
  • Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be sent for double-blind peer review to at least two independent reviewers.
  • Decision: Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor will make a decision to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript.
  1. Ethical Considerations
  • Originality: Submissions must be the original work of the authors and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Plagiarism: Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. Any manuscript found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected immediately.
  1. Post-Acceptance
  • Proofs: Authors will receive proofs for review prior to publication. Prompt return of proofs is essential to avoid delays in publication.
  • Publication Fees: Upon acceptance, authors will be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) as detailed in the journal’s APC policy.
